Suspended is the true story of a Syrian refugee living in the UK.

It was made by animation group Inscape, who specialise in drawn stop motion films with immersive sound and music to explore social justice issues through the subjective experience of the individual.

Here, the creators of Suspended appear on Resonance FM’s International Women’s Day event, to discuss our choices when telling this important story.

It was an exhibit at the Saatchi Gallery’s Draw Art Fair 2020, which sadly had to take place on Instagram due to the pandemic – here is a link:

The Hidden People by Dayton Writers Movement is an urban fantasy that crosses all genres, building a dramatic and emotional story with comedy, action, and horror. I am the composer and sound designer.
